Getting started – from sign-up to a finished presentation
The whole process happens in the customer portal. You can start a project for free; usage rights are needed only when you start the work.
1Create an account
Sign up with your email address and confirm it with the link in the email. Then sign in to the portal.
2Start a project
Name the project and choose whether you are making a presentation (onboarding, training, instructions) or a document translation.
3Complete the steps – free
Describe the purpose and audience, add material (text, Word, PDF, images) and choose the languages. Better material gives a better result.
4Buy usage rights
Before the work starts, the portal shows how many rights you need. If you do not have enough, buy the right amount or a package. You receive an invoice by email and pay it by bank transfer. Credits are added once the payment has been received.
5Review and approve
Start the work. You see the text in each language with a support translation in your own language next to it. You can make one small correction per language and approve the texts.
6Share the finished presentation
Order the presentation and review it. You get a permanent sharing link that the recipient opens on a phone or computer. A document translation is downloaded as a Word file.
